This morning we were talking about the new FBI child ID app and what to do (or not do) around strangers (stranger danger!). I then did a role play with Dahlia.

Me: “Hey little girl want to ride in my car? I have kittens and cupcakes!”

Dahlia: (pauses) “What kind of cupcakes?”

FAIL!

Steve Martin in Snoqualmie

Mom and dad bought me tickets to see Steve Martin in concert this week with his Bluegrass band. 2nd row was great – it was surreal to see one of my heroes up close. The music was outstanding and Steve was hilarious. Really enjoyed myself. Mat joined me as well.
